Data Deletion Instructions

Use this page when you need to delete Glamnexx account data, business knowledge, WhatsApp setup records, or customer conversation records associated with a verified account.

1. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Glamnexx account or business data, email glamnexxtech@gmail.com from the email address used for your Glamnexx account.

Use the subject line: Data deletion request. Include your business name, account email, contact number, and whether you want to delete the full account, a specific business profile, WhatsApp setup records, or customer conversation records.

2. Verification

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data, especially where the request affects a business account, team members, WhatsApp setup, invoices, or customer conversations.

If you are a customer who messaged a business using WhatsApp, please contact that business first. We can assist with verified requests where appropriate, but the business owner controls its customer relationship and conversation records.

3. What we delete

Deletion may include account profile data, business profile data, services, FAQs, media references, AI configuration records, WhatsApp setup records, booking requests, inbox records, and support records associated with the verified account.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, billing, fraud prevention, security, audit, dispute resolution, or platform compliance purposes.

4. WhatsApp and Meta data

If your WhatsApp Business Platform number is connected to Glamnexx, deletion may require disconnecting or disabling the integration before related message processing can stop.

Deleting Glamnexx data does not automatically delete data stored inside Meta, WhatsApp, your own Meta Business portfolio, your WhatsApp Business Account, or your customers' WhatsApp apps. You may need to manage those records directly through Meta or WhatsApp tools.

5. Timing

After a verified deletion request is accepted, we aim to delete or anonymize active service records within a reasonable period.

Backup copies, logs, and security records may remain for a limited period before automatic deletion, unless longer retention is required by law, security, audit, or dispute needs.

6. Removing app access

If you connected Glamnexx using a Meta or Facebook flow, you may also remove Glamnexx access from your Meta Business settings where available.

If you cannot access your account or need help with removal, contact us and include your business name, account email, and the WhatsApp number connected to Glamnexx.
