This policy is written for Glamnexx's real product flow: business owners add approved knowledge, connect a dedicated WhatsApp Business Platform number, and use AI to answer customer inquiries and capture booking requests.

1. Who this policy covers
Glamnexx provides a WhatsApp AI receptionist and dashboard for appointment-based businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when business owners, team members, and their customers use Glamnexx.
References to Glamnexx, we, us, or our mean the Glamnexx product and operating team. If a separate written agreement, invoice, or Meta Business record identifies a specific operating entity, that entity is the service provider for that account.
2. Information business users provide
We collect owner and team account information such as name, email address, phone number, authentication identifiers, role, login activity, and support communication.
We collect business profile information such as business name, business type, address, opening hours, contact details, social links, logo, billing status, setup status, and team preferences.
We collect the AI knowledge you add, including services, treatments, packages, prices, categories, descriptions, FAQs, business-wide FAQs, photos, captions, media context, booking flow preferences, and handoff instructions.
3. WhatsApp and Meta information
When a business connects WhatsApp through Glamnexx, we may process WhatsApp Business Platform details such as Meta Business ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display phone number, display name, webhook status, access status, setup status, and connection logs.
We may process WhatsApp customer conversation data needed to operate the product, including customer phone number, WhatsApp profile name if available, message text, media references, timestamps, delivery/read status events, conversation IDs, booking request details, handoff flags, and team notes.
Glamnexx currently supports a new dedicated WhatsApp number first. Your existing WhatsApp account is not connected unless a future supported setup flow explicitly allows it.
4. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate the owner dashboard, prepare AI replies from approved business knowledge, route WhatsApp messages, capture booking requests, show inbox history, support human handoff, troubleshoot setup, and improve product reliability.
We use business and conversation data only for providing, securing, debugging, and supporting Glamnexx. We do not sell customer conversation data.
We do not use WhatsApp Business Solution Data to train or improve general-purpose AI models. If AI processing providers are used, they are used to generate or support replies for the business account and are not authorized to use that data for unrelated model training.
5. Customer notice and business responsibilities
Business owners are responsible for telling their customers that their WhatsApp conversations may be handled by an AI receptionist and may be reviewed by the business team.
Business owners are responsible for collecting customer consent where required, honoring opt-out requests, keeping prices and policies accurate, and avoiding prohibited or misleading content.
For sensitive categories such as aesthetic, cosmetic, medical, health, or regulated services, Glamnexx should be used for general business information and booking requests only. It should not be used to diagnose, prescribe, promise results, or replace professional judgment.
6. Sharing and subprocessors
We may share information with service providers who help us run Glamnexx, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, analytics, email, support, security, WhatsApp/Meta integrations, and AI processing providers.
We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not allow one business owner to access another business owner's data through the product.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account, business, billing, setup, and conversation records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security logs.
When an account is closed or a verified deletion request is accepted, we delete or anonymize active account and business records within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, tax, billing, security, audit, or dispute purposes.
Backups and logs may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, authentication, encrypted transport, secret management, least-privilege operational access, and audit-oriented logs where appropriate.
No internet service is completely secure. Business owners should use strong passwords, keep account access limited to trusted team members, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
9. International processing
Depending on where our providers operate, information may be processed in India, the United States, or other countries. We take reasonable steps to protect information when it is transferred or processed by providers.
By using Glamnexx, you understand that service providers may process information in locations different from where you or your customers are based.
10. Your choices and rights
Business owners can request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of their Glamnexx data by contacting glamnexxtech@gmail.com.
Customers of a business should first contact the business they messaged on WhatsApp. We can help route verified requests where appropriate, but the business owner is normally the controller of its customer relationship and WhatsApp conversations.

11. Children
Glamnexx is intended for businesses and their authorized team members. It is not directed to children.
If we learn that a child has created a business account without appropriate authorization, we may delete that account.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, law, Meta platform requirements, or WhatsApp setup flows change.
If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify business users through the product, website, or email.
