Terms and Conditions

These terms are designed around Glamnexx's actual operating model: owners add approved knowledge, connect a dedicated WhatsApp Business Platform number, AI assists with replies, and the team confirms final bookings.

1. Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Glamnexx, including the website, owner dashboard, AI knowledge tools, WhatsApp setup flows, booking request workflows, inbox, support, and related services.

By creating an account, requesting WhatsApp setup, connecting a WhatsApp Business Platform number, or using Glamnexx, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service scope

Glamnexx is a SaaS product that helps appointment-based businesses answer WhatsApp inquiries, share approved business information, capture booking requests, and route conversations to the team when needed.

The product is intended for businesses such as salons, nail studios, bridal makeup studios, aesthetic clinics, hair transplant clinics, spas, wellness centers, tattoo studios, and similar service businesses.

Glamnexx is not a replacement for your team, professional judgment, licensed medical advice, legal advice, emergency support, or customer service obligations.

3. Business owner responsibilities

You must provide accurate account, business, billing, service, pricing, opening-hours, FAQ, media, booking, and contact information.

You are responsible for the content that Glamnexx uses in replies, including prices, photos, claims, policies, offer details, service descriptions, and handoff instructions.

You must ensure that your use of Glamnexx complies with applicable law, industry rules, customer consent requirements, advertising rules, privacy obligations, and the rules of Meta and WhatsApp.

4. WhatsApp and Meta setup

WhatsApp connectivity depends on Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform requirements, account eligibility, phone-number eligibility, permission approvals, app review status, business verification, webhook connectivity, and ongoing platform rules.

During launch, Glamnexx supports a new dedicated WhatsApp number only. The number should not be active on WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business App before setup unless Glamnexx explicitly supports a future migration or coexistence flow.

When setup uses Meta Embedded Signup, you must complete Meta login, business selection, permission grant, and phone-number OTP yourself. You should not share your Meta password or OTP with Glamnexx team members.

You agree that Glamnexx may process and store technical identifiers needed to operate the integration, including WABA ID, phone number ID, display phone number, webhook state, setup state, and related logs.

5. AI replies and knowledge

Glamnexx may generate AI-assisted replies using only the business knowledge, FAQs, media context, and instructions configured for your business, plus conversation context needed to reply.

You should review and maintain your business knowledge. Incorrect prices, outdated service details, misleading claims, or unsafe instructions may produce incorrect customer-facing replies.

Glamnexx does not guarantee that AI replies will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for every customer situation. Your team remains responsible for monitoring conversations and handling sensitive cases.

6. Booking requests and handoff

Glamnexx captures booking requests. A captured request is not a confirmed appointment unless your team confirms it or a future feature clearly states that automatic confirmation is enabled.

The default safe behavior is pending request first, manual confirmation second. Your team is responsible for final scheduling, availability checks, staff assignment, customer follow-up, cancellation handling, and service delivery.

If a customer asks for a person, complains, negotiates pricing, asks for custom packages, raises medical or sensitive concerns, or provides unclear details, your team should take over the conversation.

7. Regulated and sensitive services

Businesses in aesthetic, cosmetic, medical, wellness, or health-related categories must not use Glamnexx to diagnose conditions, prescribe medicines, make guaranteed result claims, or replace licensed consultation.

Tattoo, cosmetic, and beauty businesses must avoid unsafe, misleading, prohibited, or unsupported claims. Before-and-after or result photos should be used only where lawful, accurate, and approved by the business.

Glamnexx can help share business-approved information and capture consultation or booking requests, but your qualified professionals remain responsible for advice, treatment, pricing, consent, and service outcomes.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Glamnexx for spam, phishing, harassment, illegal activity, misleading advertising, prohibited products or services, unauthorized data collection, or content that violates Meta, WhatsApp, or applicable law.

You must not attempt to bypass WhatsApp customer-service windows, template requirements, customer opt-outs, rate limits, platform restrictions, security controls, or billing obligations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that create security risk, legal risk, platform risk, payment risk, or abuse risk.

9. Billing and payment

Subscription fees, setup fees, taxes, support terms, and plan limits are shown in the product, invoice, order form, or written commercial agreement.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable after service activation or setup work has started, except where required by law.

WhatsApp, Meta, AI provider, hosting, messaging, template, or usage-based charges may be separate from Glamnexx subscription fees unless your plan explicitly includes them.

10. Intellectual property and content

Glamnexx owns the product, software, dashboard design, workflows, templates, brand assets, and underlying technology.

You retain ownership of the business information, service content, photos, FAQs, customer records, and media you upload or provide. You grant Glamnexx a limited license to process that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service for your account.

You confirm that you have the right to upload and use any photos, logos, customer examples, service descriptions, and other content added to Glamnexx.

11. Third-party services

Glamnexx depends on third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp, hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, support, payment, and AI providers.

We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, permission changes, pricing changes, rejected reviews, number restrictions, or service failures caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Glamnexx is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, specific revenue, guaranteed bookings, or approval by Meta or WhatsApp.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glamnexx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Glamnexx at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create platform risk, create security risk, or use the product unlawfully.

After termination, we may delete or restrict access to your dashboard data according to our Privacy Policy, retention needs, legal obligations, and backup schedules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product, law, WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta requirements, AI workflows, or commercial model changes.

If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify business users through the product, website, or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and contact

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India.
